APOLOGY & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

While every effort was made to ensure a smooth, organized, and professionally managed event, we sincerely regret any unintentional shortcomings, delays, or inconveniences experienced during the program.

Due to delays in venue access and unexpected sound system technical difficulties, portions of the program started one and half hour later than the scheduled. We truly appreciate the patience, understanding, and cooperation shown by all attendees.

ABEO is committed to continuous improvement, and appropriate review measures will be undertaken to better address such challenges in future events.
